Overview
The OPTITEMP TT-CON BT is a Bluetooth® modem for wireless communication between mobile devices and KROHNE temperature transmitters that support the wireless technology standard. Together with the dedicated OPTITEMP Connect mobile app it forms a complete kit for configuration and monitoring of OPTITEMP TRAnsmitters without power supply and wiring. The OPTITEMP TT-CON BT just needs to be plugged into the transmitter’s mini USB connector and connected via Bluetooth® with a smartphone or tablet that has the app installed. In this way the configuration kit allows operators to communicate with a transmitter wirelessly.
The space-saving design of the OPTITEMP TT-CON allows configuration and monitoring of transmitters in the tightest mounting locations, e.g. in cabinets where the transmitters are mounted close to each other. The monitoring and diagnostic features of the app also allow service and maintenance personnel to carry out a fast and easy check of process conditions in real time.
